Graham Law Firm

Graham Law Firm was established in May 2000, in Magnolia, Arkansas. We primarily handle bankruptcy, personal injury, oil and gas, estate planning and probate, social security, and IRS tax cases.

In 2006, Graham Law Firm opened its second location in Texarkana, Texas. This office takes bankruptcy, personal injury, and IRS debt cases.

Attorney David C. Graham, Jr.

David C. Graham, Jr. received his Bachelors degree from Ouachita Baptist University and received his Juris Doctorate from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law. David C. Graham, Jr. is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, and Columbia County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Texas Bar Association (Oil and Gas and Bankruptcy sections).

David C. Graham, Jr. is admitted to practice in Arkansas and Texas, the (federal) eastern and western district of Arkansas, 8th (federal) circuit Court of Appeals, and the eastern (federal) district of Texas. He is committed to providing the best quality legal service possible to Arkansas and Texas residents that have issues with debt.

Our Staff

  • Tammy Wiltz

    Tammy joined the firm in September of 2001 and assists in handling the bankruptcy and IRS cases. Prior to joining the firm, Tammy had worked as a legal secretary for Chambers and Chambers in Magnolia, Arkansas and for a law firm in south Louisiana. Tammy has attended workshops in Tampa, Florida and Little Rock training her in advanced techniques with respect to IRS offer and compromise and installment agreement cases and in various aspects of electronically filing chapters 7 and 13 bankruptcies. Tammy has over 23 years of experience as a legal assistant.

    Polly Gatlin

    Polly originally joined the firm in October 2000 before becoming the deputy district clerk in Magnolia in 2001. She rejoined the firm in November 2008 and assists primarily with wills and estates, civil litigation, probate, and social security cases. Polly previously worked with the law firm Chambers and Chambers, in Magnolia, Arkansas for several years and has over 30 years of experience as a legal secretary.

    Ellie Baker

    Ellie is is a 2002 graduate from SAU. In 2003, She received her Paralegal Certification from University of Arkansas. She joined the firm as a paralegal in 2010. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a paralegal in a Little Rock law firm. She is currently a participant in the Leadership Magnolia program sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce.
